December 2007 Archives

Well, Hello there!

| | Comments (1)

Been busy, but wanted to say hi. May have to work during the holiday break. Bah-humbug. Need a time management seminar for Christmas. (For everyone else, not me!) Finally did all Christmas cards last night. I'm such a slacker. Ha. Just been feeling kind of overwhelmed with everything. So much going on ... need a chance to breathe. Will be keeping Owen with me at home over the holiday break ... won't get to relax then, that's for sure. But it will be fun going shopping with him. He's so freaking smart, it amazes me. He's pretty damn hilarious, too. He likes to know which store we're at when we go shopping. When we left Publix yesterday, he said, "Bye bye, Publix store." He got mad when we went to Costco when I told him we were going to Kohl's. Apparently, the kid knows the difference, and was pissed that I duped him. I didn't mean to - just had to make a quick pitstop! Geesh. :)

a'ight. that's my stream of consciousness. it's back to the grind for me. the phone company is supposed to come today to install my business line. Their estimate of when they'd be here? 8 a.m. to five p.m. I love the certainty.

I leave you with a great compilation of "alternative" Christmas music. http://www.indierockcafe.com - they're doing 12 days of Christmas music - with a bunch of different songs each day.

... soooooo ... a me-me, because you know that's just so personal.
